You need some good hearty nosh to keep you going all day on the slopes but we hope that
you'll enjoy a bit of adventure for your tastebuds too.
Good food needs good wine so we've teamed up with legendary British Alpine
wine buff, Sam Owens of Le Verre Gourmand to ensure that we have the perfect accompaniment to every dish waiting
for you in the cellar or chilling in the fridge.

We make sure that you've got a nice full belly to keep you going on the slopes but we think
that food and drink is about much more than that.
We don't work to a strict menu but encourage our marvellous chefs to source tasty local produce
and tailor it to your tastebuds. We never open the wine until we've chatted about your day and figured out the perfect
tipple to go with your dinner.

Do
please let us know if there will be a special occasion for which to cater while you are here! We love planning surprises
and giving people something to remember. We are happy to cater for any special dietary needs within reason, but we do
ask that you make us aware of your requirements in writing at the time of booking.
We can also cater for younger children to have an earlier meal and will take the same care and attention as we would
with the adult food.
